Harry Colgan is the sole town board member residing in Tivoli. He lives in the house that he built himself in this charming village. He has the business smarts to plan our financial future and to manage this town like a business.
A land-use expert, he has been serving on the Intermunicipal Task Force since its inception. Harry was also part of the Red Hook Working Group, has 33 years of professional management experience with IBM, was a small business owner for 10 years. Mr. Colgan is currently a member of the Tivoli Planning Board and serves in the Tivoli Business Association.
Harry also volunteers time for the Tivoli Street Painting Festival, the Tivoli Waterfront and Park Committee, the Red Hook Recreation Park Trail and the “Salute to RH Farmers”.
